Customer service Executive
Job Description
1. Deal with customer inquiries, order tracking, shipment, invoicing, payment collection,etc.
2. Cooperate with other departments to complete quotation and deal with customer complaints
3. Communicate with customer and other team to ensure the product quality and service
4. Feedback related customer information, continuously improve service to win more orders
Requirements
1. College or above, major in marine, commercial business, English, sales or relevant
2. Working knowledge and experience with MS office
3. Good communication with customers and strong team-work awareness, good English in speaking and writing is preferred
4. Disciplined, honesty and integrity
